All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. it is our primary focus to make sure you are satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Should you not be happy with your wig when it arrives, you may return it for an exchange within 3 – 5 business days after receipt. please be sure that you understand these terms and conditions before ordering either through the website or WhatsApp.
• We do not accept any returns or exchanges of any altered product,e.g the lace has been cut off, wig has been used or restyled, or it has been tampered with.
• Lace closures, we don’t exchange wigs made with lace frontal that the lace has been (bleached, cut, customized or tinted)
• All exchange expenses are on the clients.
• According to the law you cannot return human hair products that have been used
• Due to hygienic reasons. please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
• Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. we suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. if the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. Exchanges are limited to one exchanges per order.
