Jrose hair studio aim to please our customers and ensure they are satisfied with their order and experience. please note that every bundle of hair go through a vigorous process to make sure you receive the quality you paid for as our hair ranges from 100% human hair to the highest quality in the market.
All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. it is our primary focus to make sure you are satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Should you not be happy with your wig when it arrives, you may return it for an exchange within 3 – 5 business days after receipt. please be sure that you understand these terms and conditions before ordering either through the website or WhatsApp.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges of any altered product,e.g the lace has been cut off, wig has been used or restyled, or it has been tampered with.
- Lace closures, we don’t exchange wigs made with lace frontal that the lace has been (bleached, cut, customized or tinted)
- All exchange expenses are on the clients.
- According to the law you cannot return human hair products that have been used
- Due to hygienic reasons. please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
- Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. we suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. if the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. Exchanges are limited to one exchanges per order.
AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Programme Overview JRose Hair Studio operates an affiliate marketing programme where approved affiliates promote the studio’s products and services using unique referral links. Affiliates earn commission in Namibian Dollars (NAD) for successful transactions generated through their referral links.
2. Commission Structure Affiliates earn a 10% commission on each successful sale generated through their unique referral link. Commissions are calculated on the product value only, excluding shipping and taxes. Commissions are only earned when an order reaches Completed status.
3. Payout Rules
- Minimum payout threshold: NAD 1,000
- Payment frequency: Monthly
- Payment method: Direct bank transfer
- If a transaction is refunded, the related affiliate commission will be deducted from the next payout
4. Affiliate Dashboard Approved affiliates will have access to a personal dashboard showing number of clicks, successful sales, commission earned (NAD) and payout status.
5. Confidentiality / NDA Affiliates must keep confidential all non-public information including commission structures, business strategies, customer data and marketing plans. Such information may not be disclosed to any third party without written permission from JRose Hair Studio.
6. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may not:
- Generate fake transactions or perform self-purchases to earn commissions
- Use bots or artificial traffic to generate clicks or referrals
- Misrepresent the JRose Hair Studio brand in any way
- Disclose confidential business information
7. Approval & Termination All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval by JRose Hair Studio. JRose Hair Studio reserves the right to reject any application or terminate affiliate participation if fraud, misrepresentation, breach of this agreement or unethical marketing behaviour is detected.
8. Governing Law This affiliate programme and all related agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
